The most vilified man in all of hockey

Darth Vader, Napoleon, Osama bin Laden, and Hillary Clinton have got no evil compared to the way this man lives his life. But that is only because of some media outlets and blogger hockey fans who really despise what the Commissioner Gary Bettman has been doing to the National Hockey League.

He reigned over one of the worst times in the history of the game and perhaps created some of the problems themselves. Bloggers and journalists have kept a running tally in the argument for his dismissal. He expanded the teams in the league to cities that didn't have a strong fan base and continues to keep the game away from Canadian cities. I won't make the case for it here because I don't have time. It is a really long list.

But I find no fault in the guy, nor do I dislike him personally. He comes off to me as a likable guy, someone you could maybe sit down at the end of a bar after a long business meeting and share a beer with. So he is a little diminutive and elfish looking, I guess that is not his fault nor should fans hold that against him.
